MicroStrategy owns 226,500 #Bitcoin This will become one of the greatest financial moves of all time.
Prove it by having either their Chief Bitcoin Strategist or their custodian sign an address or set of addresses which holds that amount. Until proven other wise , they own zero.
Sounds like on point btc opsec
Wrong. They literally post their buys and their cost basis. If they hold bitcoin on behalf of the public, they should show proof of reserves. This is one feature which makes bitcoin better than gold. We should be using it. Lots of fake bitcoin out there…
They don’t hold bitcoin for the public. And it doesn’t matter if they hold 200k or 2M bitcoin. All that matters is you hold as much as possible
They are a public company and operate in the best interest of their shareholders…the public. We should demand these entities show proof of reserves. Same with ETFs…
They show their numbers in their 10-K. If they fudge anything in there, they go to prison. It would be nice To show their address but then broadcasting when and how they stack and how is not that beneficial to shareholders either Point is if you are a bitcoiner, you should be holding bitcoin and not $MSTR shares anyways
Additionally, if the addresses of MSTR are known, they will be tracked & any - move will immediately trigger some algos. Come to think of it... Post these addresses so we can stack on the cheap dammit! 😅
So & excuse me for my dumb . If they post the buys , what’s hidden ?
Bryan has just purchased another 3 Bitcoin at a purchase price of 58k and now holds 420 bitcoins. Do you believe me? If so, and I am allowing a custodian to secure my bitcoin, do you believe they have put an extra 3 into my “account?” In short, there are only 21 million Bitcoin, UNLESS 1000s of people unknowingly have multiple claims on the same coins due to FRAUD.
That would be fun to watch when everyone finds out they don't own any bitcoin lol
Remember FTX was supposed to own 53k bitcoin and owned zero? Remember when Prime Trust, one of the most prestigious custodians, lost access to Bitcoin years prior to the bankruptcy?
Patience....
