People just create new accounts and keep switching them. But If you a looking for a specific impl, I am all ears :)
Ok I see. I thought there would be a button in compose mode to generate a single use account. It would make it faster to write a single message under a new entity and eliminate the risk of reusing it by mistake. It would not allow to continue replying under that identity in a thread though
