Anyway Happy Thanksgiving.
We checked security footage and turns out there were nesting in our goddamn wreath on our front door. Came in when we opened it but our hands were full.

That sucks. Do you have any wreaths on your doors? We got a bird in our house, because it was in the wreath when we opened the door. They're not easy to get out and our dog bolted out the doors that we had to keep open for them.

We didn't know how it happened either, but our neighbors mentioned that it happened to them, too.
We had a bird inside at work about a week ago. Poor guy flew into a window trying to get out. Thought it had died but he was twitching a bit, so he was put outside in a safe place and woke up, shook his head and flew away.

A bit late but how I got em out in our house (happened twice) was throwing a big towel over them. They usually calm down when they don‘t see and is easier to catch them.
