 I have my doubts.... there are a lot of low quality PhDs these days; too much churn coming out of Uni and its not at the quality from pre nixon era. Maybe in Europe its different; definitely not the case here. 

The last one asked me to do some of their homework for them... I'm like, no seriously?!
