But it’s just internal lens flare which happens when light is scattered / refracted within the lens system, hitting other surfaces before the sensor, often in response to bright sources of light (in this case, the sun behind the trees in the original image, which has produced an inverted “baby-giraffe-constellation-like” ghost image.
