 ICANN with a very robust governance structure that is delegated. Also with DNSSEC extension it eliminates attacks like DNS spoofing.

 Yeah, I’m skeptical too, but Saylor now has enough incentive, access to capital, and UTXO firepower to test new Microstrategy bitcoin products out for years and years to come.
