Any chest development after 236 days. Even though its only 3 sets of 33, im curious too know if chest got better
I don't do these same sets every day. I change it up all the time, but yeah chest is def more solid now. Also, doing 34 shoulder tap pushups in a set is not easy 😅 . I tap each shoulder once in each rep.
