Do you remember when your parents used to tell you not to crack your knuckles? Because it would make your fingers crooked. There are entire professions based on cracking bones. Does that make no sense?
It’s true! But out of disobedience, I snap my fingers to this day. 😅
Its a matter of how you crack your knuckles. Flexing them back like most do can cause slow and subtle cartilege damage. Its better to pull each finger gently outward that needs it. This was told to me by a chiropractor.
That makes sense
Yea I thought the same thing. Perfect sense
LOL like sitting to close to the tv will make you blind. or turning on the interior light while driving at night will cause an accident. or my personal favourite - turning a light on and off costs more then leaving it on. i learned in my electronics classes that you would have to do it at the speed of light in order for this to be true 😂 😂 😂
But, Sergio, are those professionals cracking your knuckles???? No? Contradiction solved. Your welcome.
