Need an energy guy, a food guy, and a telecoms guy.

We all buy adjacent land, build a community, then follow the Greek model - when community gets to two hundred dudes, half of them leave and build a new one.

Bitcoin Pilgrims... Or think of a better name. Are we gonna build citadels or not? Let's go.

Virginia! Excellent choice. I'll start researching
The namesake of Texas's capital Sam Austin was from Austinville, Virginia, and moved to Texas.

"More elbow room" perhaps?

The ideas and traditions seem to grow stronger in the steeper valleys and hollows.

There's a certain freedom in the western expanses. I like the beauty of Virginia, but it feels stifling sometimes.

What I really want is some of that federal land that's really mountainous. They're sitting on 40% of our land....
I was just in that area of Tennessee ,North Carolina, and Virginia.

It's really beautiful if you don't mind the winters

Near Asheville, North Carolina:

 The Appalachians are slept on.

Look in West Virginia if you are really serious about getting remote land at an affordable price
 This is good to know
 Winters aren't bad.
Highway 81 cooridor has some good old traditions. I'm not from here but have been assymilating.
Gosh... If I could move south, I would.

I'm seriously useful to have around.
 Land is getting cheaper.
I have obligations that prevent me from heading that way.
That's totally normal. We should think about ways to include people who can't make the full move right away.
But I hope to do something similar where I am moving.
 Check out F3nation.com
 Seriously beautiful there.
 I like your energy! Aller!
 Where do we buy land??
Somewhere beautiful. Maybe Patagonia. Maybe the Cascades. Maybe Virginia.
For me, this is the hardest question.
Cheap land is key. Probably anywhere can be beautiful if you invest your care and attention. I'd like to be far enough away from established civilization that we have to plan ahead wrt supplies, and amazon won't be delivering there.
