As a fan of chairs and the RAV4, neither is worth the price. 

We were in a Toyota dealership yesterday. It was the nicest, most modern building I've maybe ever been in, and it wasn't a new building or owner. Nothing in there was more than a year or two old. There were about 30 employees just standing around with no customers. 

They sure are throwing around a lot of money for such a struggling industry.
