I don’t know, but people who want to sterilize their kids might have to flee.  I’m not sure what the status is currently (i.e., whether a court has forced child transing to continue), but they’ve attempted to stop it there.  It makes sense that a family that had, or planned to have, “trans kids,” would choose to settle in a deep blue state, instead.
