 Coolest tech in Star Trek, imo, are the transporters and warp core. Artificial gravity gets an honorable mention.

 @2a70c54d Artificial gravity works flawlessly - not a single glitch, ever, not even during the worst fights or power drops. And nobody ever does maintenance on it!

Initertial dampers always get short changed but everyone would be a paste against the nearest bulkhead without them even if the artificial gravity was down
