gm frens, ran into some issues and couldn't release the group chat client last week. gimme a couple more days 🙏 currently bugging NIP-29 relay operators so they accept kind 1111's for generic replies.
 頑張って👍
thanks for the encouragement, N-san 💜
 Good morning
 GM sir 🫡
they are not used much yet unfortunately. voyage https://github.com/dluvian/voyage by @dluvian has them although I haven't tested it myself, just saw some kind 1111's coming from that client.
 Are they planned for 🍎-sauce @hzrd149 ?
Yes, but they got pushed down my to do list a little due to blossom work

They aren't going to be built into the notifications view but instead I'm going to build a new "threads" / "comments" view that shows all your active discussions
No pressure, I just remembered how you liked them too and was curious.

Now that you're mentioning that "threads" / "comments" view, I'm even more curious.
I find very little design inspiration for this.

I have a strong hunch that there's gold to be found in some kind of Chat Group UI/UX, but for the discussions (reply sections) you're involved in. Haven't found a clean way to do it yet though. And I'm not :110percent: sure if using the OP's (post, article, video, ...) is the best way to categorize those discussions.
probably yes for a while lol. it's not an issue for the groupchat client since threads will be local to the group.
Chats are :110percent: the opportunity to fix past mistakes 💪
