Yeah, the social pressure is to keep the streak up and you see other's streak - at least thats my understanding. Never had it 💁😂
i don’t think the streak is as much importance, it’s more about posting right away, when the app’s countdown goes off

It was inevitable. I remember the first time a friend showed me the app and all i was thinking was “hmmm how does this app make money?” How prominent/annoying are they?

Lol BeReal is still around? All centralised tech has to monetise, who is going to pay for the server costs
