It's pretty easy to tell actually. No blue cuckmark and you're effectively shadow banned.
Are they open about or do you have to read between the lines to make that conclusion? Like dp they say you get more exposure when you pay/bluecheck?
My understanding and from what I can tell just from my own experiences, is that not having a bluecheck and replying to those that do, they get don't get notifications or see it unless they go looking. So direct answer: I read between the lines.
