I've been taking an aspirin a day for almost 10 years. I couldnt remember why I began doing this in the first place. So, I proposed the question to AI.
It's response was not helpful in reminding me why.
Do any of you do this and if so, why?
I don't have any heart or blood conditions and none of that runs in my family.

No unnecessary diet far more important prolong aspirin not good for stomach lining
Yes, there was some language to that effect in the AI response. But is that a recent declaration from the "medical experts" or was that always a known potentiality?!
You know what it is with this, once You do need another medicine, it can give negative interactions with those as You are already used to the aspirin.
There should be no withdrawal symptoms if You'd stop taking these cold turkey tho.
