The United States government should hold zero #bitcoin. Separate money and state.
How about this. There should be no US government.
Your terms are acceptable
FFS 🤦🏻♀️ The US government helped create #bitcoin How TF is that obvious to everyone. #FreeRoss YASSS
Let's start by stripping away their ability to print it first.
They don't. The Federal Reserve does.
Really? lol.
I can't tell if you're that ignorant, or just an ass.
Dude, I know about the FED and government. You were missing the point. Take away the money printer by making it obsolete. I don't want to get into a discussion of the technical classifications of the FED. I know its relationship to the federal government. Now I'm getting into it...
You can say I'm missing the point, but you just clarified the mistake I was pointing out. Thank you for coming clean.
I assumed people knew what I knew. I consider the banks and the state a cabal. The FED supposedly answers to the government... I just get annoyed by these types of exchanges. Like the "we are a democracy, no we are a republic" argument. It gets so tiresome.
If we don't have definitions, we don't have language. That's why they are frequently under attack. Changing the langage changes the way people think. Thought creates reality. If you think The Fed answers to the government, in any way, then you are far from understanding their relationship.
Well, if you'd like to be able to use it as a medium for exchange, then wouldn't it make sense that you could pay your taxes with it? If so, wouldn't the Government need to receive it (and hold it)? Granted, I'm not sure I like what I'm suggesting, but just thinking this through it would seem the Government would have to hold some?
No.
Thank you, we don't need the government, politicians or "reserves".
