Zionists be like "But the ancestors of the Palestinians sold their land to the Jews. And the Jews made the land fertile. Before the Jews arrived it was not fertile nor a piece of land one can live on" 
Totally ignoring that the authority to buy the land was given to them by a occupying force.  

 Historical land sales were limited and do not justify mass dispossession, while the myth of "barren land" is a colonial narrative meant to erase Palestinian history. Doing so contradicts the very principles of private property and liberty.
