I dunno, however I've always pictured nostr as a storm/flurry of information, and the clients as different glasses to make sense of it via. So to me this vizualisation doesn't really say "the apps look at the same data, and present it to you differently" but idk, maybe that's not how it's supposed to come across? (love your art style btw)
Technically there are no connections between the relays in the protocol. Notes can be moved between relays but there is no P2P layer (yet) that moves these notes. Each User connects to their own set of relays (maybe better use a user icon in combination with the app icon). One user/app should connect to multiple relays.
