 Kraken is 'actively reviewing' whether to end Tether support in the EU.

 Crypto exchange Kraken is planning for all ‘eventualities’ after portions of MiCA regulations go into effect this year. 
This could include pulling Tether from its European market, a Kraken executive said. 
Kraken may follow OKX, which pulled Tether trading pairs in Europe in March as stablecoin regulation loomed. 
 Kraken's Global Head of Regulatory Strategy, Marcus Hughes, stated that the exchange is actively reviewing plans and considering all eventualities, including situations where it may not be tenable to list specific tokens like USDT . The exchange is closely monitoring the regulatory landscape and will make firm decisions as the position becomes clearer
