Zombie movies are finally catching on that gasoline and diesel go bad.

They still treat batteries like magic eternal storage. 

I think a lot about self discharge and cycle limits when thinking about my #hamradio equipment and emergency comms. Haven't thought of any great solution though. 

 In a scenario like that, it's using up what will last in the order that it will provide function and working to provide the softest landing while coming to grips with a pre, iron-age life.
