New research suggests that traditional workplace social events centered around alcohol may be a thing of the past. According to a survey by Compass, only 24% of UK workers want to see alcohol at work-related social events, while 52% attend after-hours events due to family and travel commitments. The study found that young people are particularly keen on non-alcoholic options, with 55% of students viewing inclusive drinks as a great way to be included.
