Depends. If I am certain that nobody can cause any harm to me based on my natural unpretended appearance in that conference, then no, I am not exhausted and not even tired after them. @maxkeiser seems to be permanently in such a state. I, unfortunatelly, still have to participate sometimes in hostile conferences, where I cannot really be myself or rely on others to protect me.
