I used to wear them all the time. 

Now I know better. 🧠 

You wouldn’t put trash bags over your tomato plants, yet when we go outside, we put trash bags over our eyes (sunglasses).

 Yep. I’ve ordered some glasses that block up to 450nm for daytime computer use. Then after sunset (or before sunrise in these darker months) I’ll put on the lenses that block up to ~530nm.
