 I think nestr is something completely different. 

I think Nestr might still be a WIP.

 Nestr is the desktop app.

@HORNETS is the all in one relay that stores everything from notes to media and git repos, secured by your signatures.

Both are not truly available yet. We’re working hard to release them soon. ✊
