 @542debdc i read it. he's pointing out how everything the class does is pointless or another bloodline does it better.

namely, dragon blood comes with armor +resistances (storm for some reason doesn't make you resistant to itself), the big flight isn't til level 18 (that you won't get to), the class feats are all anti-synergies or work backwards.

tl;dr if you wanna be a storm sorc, storm sorc is the suboptimu way to do it.

 @Q.U.I.N.N. These game design complaints come up CONSTANTLY in mmos.  It's vaguely more valid there- (sub fees) but even when sub-optimal is shown to work- at a certain level it's really hard to justify when other people's %meta/hour is at play.
It's actually really terrible that this shit is common(?) now in table top games where a GM has the leeway to adjust things to suit things like party composition and skill loadouts on the fly.  
Fucking esports meta bullshit is tainting more and more.
