 Maybe I'm an outlier, but I'm not impressed with the fact that Walter Isaacson is ready to publish an Elon Musk biography. I thought his Steve Jobs biography was overrated, and I haven't been terribly impressed with him when I've seen him interviewed over the intervening years, either.

 @03a95182 I think the Jobs book was overhyped and seemed a bit designed to deliver a specific narrative. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. 

I did really enjoy The Innovaters, hated The Wise Men despite it dealing with some of my favorite parts of history and have no interest in the Musk book at all.

 @03a95182 I think his deal is not giving a shit. That is, Issacson is contracted *because* he sticks mostly to dull as dirt verifiable facts without any His Jobs bio certainly had nothing to tell Apple customers anything they had not already known.
