 Abs everyday (min 10 mins on lazy days) standing ab exercises on leg days and traditional ab workouts on upper body days. Jumps every day. Cardio as a warm-up and sauna as a cool down 😂  30 sec, 45 sec, 60 sec interval planks 2-3 times per week holding till fail at least once! 

The key is to have fun while you’re doing whatever you do and the motivation will come.
