i could check with my raspberry "kvm" but i turned it off as a waste of electricity as without atx power control bit it kinda couldn't actually do anything anyway
apparently you can now buy more assembled one but the price is frankly rather ridiculous https://rpishop.cz/kvm-pres-ip-karty/4621-hipi-pikvm-v3-hat-pro-raspberry-pi-4-605926258698.html
that's like ~170 exchange rate eur and it doesn't even include the rasbpi and most cables you need
obvi it's a very handy thing but at the final price, it probably is even higher than a premium you'd have to pay for a proper server board with some included out of band management already
@Cat poni, Whorseman of Apocalypse yeah i'm pretty sure i paid less than 200 for my dell r620
@7646aa6b which has idle power higher than peak of what my "server" does lol
@Cat poni, Whorseman of Apocalypse yes which is why i'm looking into getting a smol haswell pc instead
@7646aa6b with oob management?
at the end of the day, of course, the best course of action would be just not trying to emulate a data center at home, where you need to buy a lot of equipment for very low quantity of servers and is subject to retail prices for power and internet connection (at home isp parameters too)
