You can set the PoW really high and clients could easily filter results using WoT. You can let users choose how to filter results.

I donβt think anyone has implemented these types of polls except Pollerama. Iβm not sure if itβs doing any result filtering. @ABH3PO made Pollerama.
The only benefit to polling by comments over Pollerama style polls is that your note gets boosted in trending feeds from all the comments
good for discovery of the poll I guess
I still think these types of polls would be really popular if clients like Damus started supporting them

Polls should not have been removed. There wasnt consensus for that.

Pollerama is filtering with PoW and also lists based filtering if you login
What does lists based filtering mean?
Kind:30000 follow sets, if you login with an extension you can filter the results based on your contact list or any other follow set you've created
