For how my mind works, the actual talking-to-a-human was the good part. Not "fun" but gratifying in the sense that progress was being made quickly and answers were immediate. The tough part was the research I needed to bring together to make the call (which the owner did, and I collated) and the mapping and exploration I needed to do of the CA DMV phone system to get to the callback prompt.
