Ok #writingcommunity , help me please. In a future where phones have been replaced with neural implants, and participating in society without an implant is next to impossible: What would be the nickname / slur for people who choose not to have an implant?

Things I thought of but didn't like : Relics, Offliners, Discos (as in disconnected).

Any ideas? 

 Prim, for Primitive ? 

 They would probably need a bridge device of some sort, so a derogatory name for the device. Or how it makes them stand out in society in the physical, or causing delays in the digital when interfacing
