Surreal watching Jordan Peterson and Bret Weinstein talk about how to fix social media without talking about Bitcoin and Nostr. Maybe they eventually hit Bitcoin later on after I gave up, but I doubt it.
We're still very early. Even intelligent independent thinkers are tethered to the Overton Window.
Everyone here now is a legend.
Therefore, they are not intelligent and not independent.
later when Bitcoin and nostr become the obvious mainstream solution they will point to this talk as how prescient they were.
The unwillingness of those who have a voice to actually promote solutions infuriates me.
They can only commentate because they dont understand how it all actually works 😂
Which means the only actions they can take are
1. Seek to influence politically
2. Fund/provide capital to build solutions
3. Cry harder
I'd bet they have never heard about it.
