 Can I finally open my 2001 Christmas card? I cannot. 'No ID address mark was found on the floppy disk.' Wrong format? Faulty disk? Faulty drive? Who knows.

 Can't read 3 different floppies... so I'm going to guess that the floppy drive - the only part that really interested me - may be dead. Not sure I can even be bothered to take the hard drive out of this. It's going to my front yard freecycle tomorrow.

 @f1ee7a25 you could buy a cheapo usb floppy if you just want to read a couple of floppies. they are about $20 here so can't be much more than 20 quid there
