 I say if the relay is out of payment, every one that connects gets that NOTIFY message and the relay doesnt send anything back. No need for auth.

 good idea, noted..

 ill see what the analysis of the load shows.. even relays that are deleted  and sending out 403, i have to scale or tarpit to handle this because they dont ever back off or stop. (talking years)
