You might want to hold off on some of that place the blame game that every generation loves to play. I think all generations have done their fair share. Do you know that relative to inflatation the cost of homes were flat from 1945 to 2010? It's probably still holding true, but I haven't seen data beyound 2010.

TBF they were game theoretically incentivized to speculative attack the future generations, but the least they can do is admit that they did it instead of just calling younger generations lazy. They turned a blind eye to the CIA/IMF enslaving the rest of the world with debt so they could get cheap commodities. Now that the plunder machine is directed domestically at the young, boomers have the gall to call them lazy. That’s the issue I have with boomers too. No self awareness. And I say this as an exceptional millennial so it’s not like I’m crying about it
I'm not a believer in the Fourth Turning meme (it's way too Americentric) and there are people in all generations who are complicit in the grift. There are people in all generations who criticize the grift as well, and they're making efforts to build "sly, roundabout way[s]" around it
