Something I’ve been thinking about lately is how people tend to make other peopes problems their problem too much, One factor I believe is the internet, before the internet, we had far less communication, and thus info news and data transferred slower, people kinda minded their own business and it was much harder and slower to share news with a large group. But now data moves much faster and because of this, news gets to people faster and at a higher rate, I believe this is very dangerous and why there’s a huge increase in mental illness and depression in the world, for example you may like in California and see on the news that something sad or depressing happened in New York, no does this affect you in any way? Does this data help you? There’s not anything you can do about in in most scenarios however you may feel sad for the rest of the day thinking about it. Now I’m not saying that some of these things aren’t sad or important, it’s absolutely important to those affected, but why is it important that you know? Is it helping you or just weighing you down. Anyway, just been on my mind.
 I like that assessment.

Old news is “past” even if you just heard about it. Something happening now is “current” even if you can’t do anything about it.
 Yes, I like that
Totally agreed. I was thinking, how come we have "breaking news" every day? It should be once in a six months. Of course, all of the things happening are important but I've got my small brain to process.

plus I do see many crazy things just by taking the subway.

I try not to catch up with news. I will be literally unwell.

We want to solve other people's problems, but actually we have problems ourselves and think that if we do something externally, we will make change internally. But rarely it is the case.
Our main goal should be to firstly change ourselves and then the surroundings will follow.
Have a great day 🙏
Right On! You have a great day too.
 Thank you!
