@14c4c4f4 For me, I think it was my second infection that really got me (despite taking precautions the whole time!). I was showing mild long COVID symptoms after my initial infection (the first infection was really bad and had me pretty much bedbound for a week), but they suddenly got much worse after what I previously thought had only been a cold. I now suspect that the "cold" was actually a mild COVID infection, which massively aggravated my previously mild long COVID symptoms.
