Well, more so about the former while the latter is probably unlikely in both cases. And I suspect the former is assuming a more idealistic version of what could have happened.
A lot of problems go away with the right (or wealthy) man. :-) With that said, at least husband gave an enema. Some men don't bother at all. :-/
