I recall seeing someone quote an excerpt from one of the James Bond novels, having to do with taking down a nigger in hand-to-hand. Punching to the face was automatically out because their skulls are even bigger and denser than normal (and you can break the bones of the hand punching someone in the face hard enough as-is), so it was neck, gut, and groin.
