The work of a homeless person, perhaps one with schizophrenia. A man is known locally to cut down trees with a saw and bust up limestone landscaping rocks on public parkland in his self-described battle against Satan. In respect of civil liberties, nobody intervenes. This is one look at disability rights for homeless persons with untreated schizophrenia in the United States.
