In a campaign where each player has an area of expertise that sometimes comes up in the game, and I appreciate when any of them resists yelling, "Oh my god, you people are idiots, it doesn't work like that!" Because I know I have to remind myself it's a fantasy world where the sun is evil & the river evaporates in a permanent tower of steam, and how fast fish evolved to live in steam towers should not be the sticking point here. Any other #ttrpg folks have this issue?
