I just unfollow people unless their content is very disturbing (racism, child stuff etc). I don't see the point of muting on nostr. If you don't follow someone they don't show up on your feed unless their note gets shared. 

 For the most part yes, but I do have a few more annoying trolls who comment on my posts with absolute garbage.

 I have a large following and this tends to attract people who are starved for attention and have no life.
