Hmm, not convinced. If Pelosi was controlling McCarthy then she would have whipped the Dems to vote to keep him. It looks like she whipped them to vote him out.

And the fact that his depute was mad AT HER after the vote indicates she's probably the one who fucked him over.

It's like those who say:

"I'll be honest with you..."

Is a flag for me that they're getting ready to lie their ass off. 

 My first reaction is "you were't before?" but I get that it's kind of a language tick and people say it out of habit.
