You'd also need to stockpile oil and gas, but gas goes bad, so oil is probably the best option. Then you need a generator, water sources, ect. To actually be self sufficient is a lot more work than people realize.
Only need to be out there like g enough to survive the initial panic and war. 6-12 mo.
How long has the Ukraine war lasted? Do you really think if the power grid actually collapsed for more than like a week, we wouldn't descend into absolute chaos? You need to be permanently self sufficient. You best bet is to live in a small more isolated town.
