I feel like a total fucking dork wearing a mask out in public right now, but it does help with my allergies, so I will risk looking like a dork If it means I don't have to slam my body with pharmaceuticals every day.
All that + more privacy in public. Makes sense to me.
Yeah, someone literally just zapped me saying that there's surveillance too confuse so mask up. And honestly, that's a really good point. A mask plus my anti-IR glasses makes a good combo.
Have you considered changing your diet? I had debilitating allergies, asthma, and eczema for two decades. On all sorts of pharma inhalers, steroids, and anti-histamines. Went keto-vore and all of it’s gone.
I highly doubt it's diet related. I eat pretty well to begin with. I just live in a place that has extremely high grass pollen. And after living here for 30 years, my body was like, fuck you, you have allergies now.
I personally lived through it and can attest to it. You are under no obligation to heed my advice, but might be worth just trying out and seeing how it goes.
I love 'covid' masks for a replacement of the uncomfortable and expensive general use dust masks of pre 2020. Count your silver linings!
It's almost like masks had legitimate uses before covid ruined them. Go for it.
I know, I keep telling myself this. I was just so anti-mask mandate during COVID that it feels slightly hypocritical to be wearing one for whatever reason. And I know it's a totally just stupid thing that I need to get over.
You gotta remember that it wasn't the mask you were against, but the mandate. Now that you're wearing one of your own volition, it's a completely different thing. Good luck 👍
masks are for asians.
how did andrew weil "beat" his allergy to felines? and what does that mean?
Allergies stem from food sensitivities. Once you get a food panel done and you know what should eat and what to avoid they should disappear within a week. Also staying hydrated helps. I just went through the process.
