You need a mobile browser with a nostr signing extension that has your key. On Android Kiwi is a convenient choice, on iOS safari + Nostore extension ist the only option afaik.
i was tryin with chrome earlier but alby didnt work there .. now i install kiwi and see there is extension field but not sure which extension to use
Nostr Connect is what I use and what I mentioned above. You can use others too, I just prefer Nostr Connect.

You can sign in with your nsec with Chrome, but I wouldn't recommend doing that. Firefox and Kiwi can use extensions on mobile to allow you to keep your key safe.
yeah i know , i dont wants to use the nsec... just cant find the extension .. what is the name of extension and how to find for download (for android)
