I use #nextcloud some for calendaring. Plan on using it more for additional features. We just did a fresh installation of Nextcloud on a #proxmox #debian VM after using an older version of Nextcloud for the last few years. 

I haven't used Google Workspace, so can't comment on that or the migration from that to Nextcloud.
