Unalienable rights and individual free agency guarantee the rights of minorities and individuals.

An unalienable right is a right that cannot be taken from you, not even by a 100% majority rule vote. Unalienable rights cannot be ruled away by a supreme court, and governments and institutions cannot add conditions to them or dilute them in any way.

Democracy is the ultimate oppressor.
