Many people don’t know that in Islam there isn’t monasticism. Other messengers and prophets (including the last prophet Mohamed peace be upon him) had wives and kids. 
God knows best the needs of the humans he created and the most merciful although his limits must be respected.

Al-Hadid
‎ثُمَّ قَفَّيْنَا عَلَىٰ آثَارِهِمْ بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّيْنَا بِعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْإِنْجِيلَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ رَأْفَةً وَرَحْمَةً وَرَهْبَانِيَّةً ابْتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبْنَاهَا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَّا ابْتِغَاءَ رِضْوَانِ اللَّهِ فَمَا رَعَوْهَا حَقَّ رِعَايَتِهَا ۖ فَآتَيْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ ۖ وَكَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ

Then, We sent after them, Our Messengers, and We sent 'Iesa (Jesus) - son of Maryam (Mary), and gave him the Injeel (Gospel). And We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him, compassion and mercy. But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them, but (they sought it) only to please Allah therewith, but that they did not observe it with the right observance. So We gave those among them who believed, their (due) reward, but many of them are Fasiqun (disobedient to Allah).

13:38 Ar-Ra'd
‎وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلًا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَذُرِّيَّةً ۚ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۗ لِكُلِّ أَجَلٍ كِتَابٌ

And We have already sent messengers before you and assigned to them wives and descendants. And it was not for a messenger to come with a sign except by permission of Allah. For every term is a decree.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ جَاءَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ امْرَأَةُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏هَلْ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ غُسْلٍ إِذَا هِيَ احْتَلَمَتْ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَعَمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِذَا رَأَتِ الْمَاءَ.
Translation:Narrated Um-Salama (RA): (The mother of the believers) Um Sulaim, the wife of Abu Talha, came to Allahs Apostle ﷺ and said, "O Allahs Apostle ﷺ ! Verily Allah is not shy of (telling you) the truth. Is it necessary for a woman to take a bath after she has a wet dream (nocturnal sexual discharge)?" Allahs Apostle ﷺ replied, "Yes, if she notices a discharge."
